Stretches

Ensuring that the muscles are adequately prepared for exercise at any level is crucial. Completing a thorough warm up that is inclusive of effective stretches, will help reduce the risk of injury. Above are just a few stretches that when done correctly, can be beneficial. We advise speaking with a qualified Sports Therapist and or health care equivalent before including these stretches in your warm up and or recovery plan.
