The philosophy
Keeping Active People Active
Coming from a sport background myself, I sustained an injury that was having an impact on my performance. I never knew where to go for help or what I needed to do, to recover. This played a big part in my decision in not only going to university, but in also becoming a Graduate Sports Therapist, which I graduated in with 1st class honours.
Within that time as well as post graduation, I was fortunate to gain invaluable experience from working in elite sport. This lead to fantastic opportunities in travelling across the country as well as abroad. I have had the pleasure of working both in team based environments as well as within injury clinics. I have been faced with a variety of injuries in which each come with new learning opportunities that I assimilate. Having been fortunate to of worked with many other amazing physiotherapists & Sports Therapists I have been able to look at each presentation with a deeper and more thorough thought process.
My aim remains the same and that is to keep active people active!
